Refund & Return Policy
At BelleWear, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Non-returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and underwear (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.

Returns Process

Contact us at info@bellewear.us to request a return authorization. Once your return is approved, send your items to:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
